Our specialists have completed the training course for Inno-Train DNA Analyzers. 

The BEXS 12 Bead Extraction System is a fully automated device for DNA extraction from blood, based on the technology of magnetic separation of particles. In combination with the BEXS 12 Ready DNA Bead Kit, the DNA extraction kit performs simultaneous processing up to 12 blood samples with a volume of 250 µl. DNA extraction time is 40 minutes for 12 samples. The resulting DNA purity is A260 / A280 ~ 1.8 with a result depending on the starting material - from 5 to10 μg of DNA. Convenient system control is provided by the built-in automatic buffer distribution and bar code reading. The device is easily controlled through a convenient touch screen.

PiU1 is the smallest desktop device designed for automated dosing for PCR. The preparation of the master mix and sample transfer without air bubbles are provided by an innovative dosage unit. The removable reagent rack has space for 16 pipette tips and 15 test tubes, which is enough for all common 96-well applications. The supplied PiU1 Manager software already contains PCR setup protocols for ReadyGene and all FluoGene tests.
