Introduction of new methods in HLA-typing. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology based on MiSeq (illumina) platform

In 2019, our company carried out launch of the device and training of staff on the MiSeq (illumina), in HLA-typing laboratory at Scientific-Production Center of Transfusiology. The Next-Generation Sequencing technology allows to sequence multiple regions of a genome at the same time, which is the main difference from older sequencing methods.
